Just a short 30-minute drive from Raleigh, The Bradford is a unique wedding and event venue that boasts a lush, French-country aesthetic in New Hill, North Carolina. This estate includes a newly-built house with an attached ballroom, outside terrace and perfectly manicured grounds. 

Three beautiful and unique ceremony sites are available, two outside and one inside. The pergola in the back garden and the dark wooden accents of the French-style gate in the side garden are jaw-dropping ceremony sites. If Mother Nature decides to rain on your day, the inside ballroom is equally beautiful dressed with floral accents.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The terrace is one of our favorite places! The luscious natural greenery make this space feel like you drove two hours to the countryside. Complete with concrete pavers with grass peeking through, this is the perfect place for an outside reception, rain or shine (with a rented tent, of course). Chairs and tables for up to 150 guests are included in your rental. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This venue even has accommodations to make your wedding weekend easier. The main house has room for 12 guests with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. When staying overnight, you are greeted by a lovely breakfast made by the on-site coordinator. The spacious kitchen is also available for your use any time during your rental. You can decorate the interior rooms with speciality rentals, floral designs or items of your choice. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Bridal Suite is absolutely gorgeous. This is a great space for the bride to spend the day with her favorite ladies relaxing before the big event. Details of this room include an outside balcony overlooking the ceremony site, three hair and make-up stations, an en-suite bathroom, and a large seating area.
