Nicole & David’s were married on April 1st, 2017 at The Umstead Hotel & Spa in Cary, NC. Nicole & David hold a special place in my heart as I coordinated their daughter’s high school graduation two years earlier. I had stayed connected with Nicole after her daughter’s graduation, when I saw her and David visiting London I thought nothing of it as he was there for football. Then, I got her message, saying “Nicole…I am calling you…I am in need of a wedding planner, I’M ENGAGED.” I smiled so big and I probably shed a small tear! I called her right away, knowing that I had to be apart of her big day! You see, Nicole & David have a perfect love story…and you should really see them explain it…because I can’t. It is so special! Nicole always had a specific vision and she knew she wanted something magical, different from other weddings shes seen. She really loved the rose gold look and wanted to bring that in with white & pink flowers. This is where her vision of the ‘perfect fairy-tale’ wedding came into play, we had to make sure that every detail of the wedding was thought out with excellence.

Nicole & David made their wedding their own and incorporated so many personal elements that mean so much to them. We worked hard to find the perfect professionals to pull together this fairy-tale wedding, 20 years in the making…They had the most perfect back drop for a breath taking ceremony by Themeworks and Watered Garden! This couple’s wedding was nothing short of amazing down to the very end, even the Thank You cards were thought out to perfection.
