Lauren & Cartney’s wedding was a wedding to remember.  We were honored to have been part of their special day!  Lauren was originally from Pinehurst but moved to NYC to become a professional dancer.  There she has made a career in the Ballet industry.  Cartney & Lauren met in Aspen through friends then realized they didn’t want to be apart from one another.  They decided to bring their NYC friends to join their Pinehurst family for a wedding at The Fair Barn!  We loved the details of this wedding from the Polaroid photo lounge to the custom made linen water made by the bride and her sister in etched bottles by a groomsman.  Some other details include hair accessories made by the bride.  The ring bearer’s pillow was handmade by the bride’s mom and used at her wedding.

The Bride & bridesmaids got ready at a private home in Pinehurst and the Groom & groomsmen got ready at The Magnolia Inn.  Kirk Tours transferred the bridal party along with guests to The Fair Barn.  Sept. 26th started the 10 straight days of rain we had in NC which led to moving the outdoor ceremony with horse track in the background to inside the barn.  A few elements were taken out due to the move but we were able to keep the feel with the white pews.  Lauren did a dress change into the evening so she could comfortalby join in all the dancing fun.  Their guests loved to dance! Lauren & Cartney were surrounded by friends & family filled with love and laughter.
